1. Return & exchange window

Collection pieces purchased from Sakala Jewellery House may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase, subject to the conditions below.

2. Conditions for return or exchange

• The piece must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, certification, hallmarking card, and invoice must be included.
• Sized rings that have been resized for you are treated as custom-fitted and are not eligible for return, only exchange.

3. Non-returnable items

Bespoke commissions, custom engravings, and any piece made or altered specifically to your specification cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order. Pierced earrings are non-returnable once worn, for hygiene reasons.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned piece passing our quality check. Any confirmed custom-order deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for a different size, stone, or piece of equal or greater value (with the difference payable). Exchange requests follow the same condition requirements as returns.

6. Damaged or defective items

If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue, and we will arrange an inspection, repair, or replacement at no cost to you.
